Our Schedule
We operate in academic learning blocks, Monday - Friday.
Students are group by peers and by education levels
- Students ages 5–8 (K–2nd grade)
- Students ages 8–10 (3rd–5th grade)
- Students ages 11–13 (6th–8th grade)
- After School Programs; Students ages 6–13 from 3:30–6:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
Tuition
Our tuition is a refection of care and educations based on high levels of attention, and quality hands on education provided at Coastal Bend Ranch Academy. We maintain a 5:1 student-to-teacher ratio, with a lead teacher and assistant in every group, allowing students to receive individualized support in a safe, well-supervised environment.
By keeping enrollment limited and class sizes small, we are able to provide a consistent, enriching experience that supports both academic growth and personal development. Our pricing allows us to maintain program quality while creating a positive, supportive environment for every child. Day / Week

HOMESCHOOL PROGRAM
Learning Blocks (By Age):
Ages 5–7: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Ages 8–10: 10:15 AM – 12:15 PM
Ages 11–13: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
TUITION
AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM
Hours: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Monthly Tuition: $650 or $162.50 per week
Includes:

TUTORING
$45 per hour (by appointment)
ENROLLMENT & SUPPLY FEES
Enrollment Fee: $100 per child (one-time, non-refundable)
Annual Supply Fee: $75 per child

Monthly Auto-Draft (BEST OPTION)
All families are enrolled in auto-pay.
Payments are charged on the 1st of every month and cover the full month of
tuition.
Tuition is always charged the week prior to care.
WHAT GETS CHARGED
1. At Enrollment (Upfront)
Parents pay:
- $100 Enrollment Fee
- $75 Supply Fee
- First Month Tuition
Example:
$600 tuition + $175 fees = $775 due at signup
2. Monthly Billing
Charged automatically:
- Tuition (based on schedule)
- Afterschool (if enrolled)
Example:
$600 homeschool + $650 afterschool = $1,250/month
BILLING TIMELINE
- 1st of the month: Auto-draft
- 5th of the month: Late fee applied
LATE POLICY
- $25 late fee after the 3rd
- $10 per day after
- Suspension after 3 days unpaid

Child 1: $600
Child 2: $540 (10% discount)
Total: $1,140/month
